A fashion retailer was confronted with inefficient processes. We have developed an integrated omnichannel fulfilment strategy in Workstream Logistics, which was closely coordinated with the Workstream Purchasing and eCom. This future eCom strategy and the newly designed product range policy ensure that the delivery promise to the end customer is flawlessly guaranteed. Our concept takes into account both the requirements for functioning logistics processes and the target prices for purchasing and eCom.
